IsMy.Wedding is the global professional network for destination weddings, built for wedding planners, venues and suppliers. • languages spoken and specialisms;

• information voluntarily provided about your interest in the founding network.

• browser, device and technical log information;
• landing page, referrer and campaign attribution information, including UTM parameters;

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms unless we specifically request it.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share your business information with other network members merely because you submit an application. Where an introduction or referral is appropriate, we handle this carefully and in line with the purpose of your application.

We keep application and founding-network information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Marketing contact information is retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe. We may retain limited information in a suppression list where necessary to ensure we respect your opt-out request.

We periodically review personal information and delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed.
